Our mission? Guide you into a split and beyond.
Rooted in the philosophy of static stretching for muscle elongation, improved digestion, and enhanced breathing, The Split System cultivates a profound mind/body connection. And of course, being flexible is a heck of a lot of fun…
Sessions will also incorporate exercises to improve posture for all daily activities.

The Founder
As a ballerina for several decades turned war reporter for several more, stretching has long been the vessel between those two worlds. It’s the one daily practice that keeps my body supple and injury-free, and brings me back to center no matter how stressful the situation. The bonus? Stretching is a practice I can do no matter where I am; including the most far-flung pockets of the planet. It’s a practice I can indulge for hours, or just a few minutes and requires little more than showing up.

Class lengths can also be tailored to suit your needs and goals, and tailored pre-recordings can also be issued instead of a live class. Moreover, Hollie conducts in-person sessions in Northern Virginia/DC area.
